We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on production equipment to maximize uptime and ensure safe, efficient operations. Candidates with experience in plastics manufacturing, extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, packaging, food & beverage, paper, converting, automotive, or other automated industrial manufacturing environments are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled industrial equipment. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery. Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime. Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. Install, maintain, and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other manufacturing equipment. Work closely with production to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Follow all safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment in a production environment. Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Working knowledge of PLCs for troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar preferred). Experience supporting extrusion equipment or plastics manufacturing is a plus. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
