Compensation:
D.O.E. (Depends on Experience) Do you enjoy a fast-paced workday filled with varied tasks and hands-on work? Are you a problem-solving, mechanically inclined, wiring-savvy welder with farm, automotive, or truck-related experience?
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while following verbal and written instructions.
Sharp Mind:
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and competent basic math skills.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Standing, Kneeling, Climbing, Standing physically required.
Attitude:
Must be dependable, possess a positive attitude, have strong communication skills, and bring a willingness to learn.
Safety First:
Ability to understand and strictly follow safety regulations. Use hand tools, power tools, wire crimpers, wire strippers, and electrical tools and devices to assemble components and install ice and snow equipment, truck beds, hoists, liftgates (Tommy Gates), and more. Make necessary adjustments and perform routine maintenance to ensure the proper care of shop equipment. Tackle a variety of other hands-on duties as requested in a dynamic shop environment. Willingness to use hand tools, power tools, wire strippers, crimpers, power tools, and the willingness to use and learn electrical tools and devices to use with your mechanical knowledge combined with growing electrical experience to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and/or efficiently. Customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism during client interactions (limited interaction to start).
