Overview We are seeking a dedicated Recycling Operator - II to perform Tube Housing Assembly (THA) and Insert tear down. This position also performs sub-component inspection and cleaning to reclaim returned components like new, serialize components with hand-etcher, punch, and/or laser engraver, record/transact components into the inventory management system, polishing rotor bodies and brazing rotor assemblies. Responsibilities Compliance with the Quality Management System and Environmental, Health & Safety requirements including being responsible for quality of work, good documentation practices/recordkeeping, good manufacturing practices (GMP) and safety. Execute all work necessary to tear down a THA or Insert to the lowest component level possible. Inspect material to ensure they are within acceptable limits before moving to additional operations in other departments or outside vendor. Record/transact components into the inventory management system Execute preventative maintenance and calibration work orders Serialize components using hand tools, and/or laser engraver Operate DX240 flush station Utilize lathes to perform polishing operations Utilize brazing furnace to perform brazing operations Complete assigned training Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Machine shop basic knowledge Hand and measuring tools knowledge Heavy machinery operation experience
Pay:
$21.00 - $28.00 per hour
