Experience Requirements Ability to perform repetitive production and packaging tasks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and measurement skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Duties Cut and prepare small paper components and production materials Assemble badges and other small products according to instructions Package completed items into individual bags and seal finished products Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and appearance Identify and report defects or production issues Follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards Complete basic production records and documentation Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with materials Communicate material shortages, equipment concerns, and quality issues to supervisors Perform additional production-related duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Technician. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
