We are seeking a motivated Production Technician - Screen Print & Signs to join our growing production team. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position that combines screen printing, sign fabrication, finishing, and general production support . We're looking for someone who enjoys working with equipment, takes pride in producing quality work, and is interested in developing a long-term career in manufacturing. Whether you already have screen print experience or have a strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing background, we are willing to train the right individual. What You'll Do Screen Print Production Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products. Set up screens, substrates, artwork registration, and press adjustments. Monitor print quality, color consistency, and production efficiency. Mix inks and perform quality checks throughout production. Troubleshoot minor production or registration issues. Sign Fabrication & Finishing Assist with fabrication, trimming, cutting, and assembly of signs. Perform laminating, mounting, weeding, taping, packaging, and finishing work. Assist with drilling, hardware installation, and material preparation. Operate fabrication equipment and assist with CNC routing or cutting equipment as experience and training allow. Production Support Prepare and reclaim screens. Clean and maintain production equipment. Stage materials and organize production workflow. Assist with receiving materials and inventory movement. Work closely with Screen Print, Digital Print, and Sign Fabrication teams to meet production schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Preferred Experience in screen printing, sign manufacturing, fabrication, CNC operation, woodworking, metal fabrication, or general manufacturing. Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery and production equipment. Ability to read work orders, measurements, and production drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout the workday. Bonus Skills (Not Required) Large-format graphics or signage production. Experience with Nazdar or similar screen-print inks. CNC routers, digital cutting tables, or fabrication equipment. Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
