Job Description

Position Summary:
The Production Line Operator focus will be in production, packaging, and palletizing all products. The production Line Operator will be working in a fast-paced production team environment; working side-by-side with other manufacturing team members, while making sure that all products are packaged correctly and in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on a food production line, bottling, labeling, and packing products with consistent speed and accuracy. Complete packing tasks such as box, assembly, packing, taping and palletizing products. Will unload and load bottles, will stack cases into pallet, and breakdown cases when needed. Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals. Ensure that production requirements and quality standards are met consistently. Maintain a clean and safe work area during your shift. Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management. Follow all written and verbal instructions given by the line lead, floor lead and supervisory staff. Assist effectively change over and setup line correctly. Must attend all alchemy training sessions.
Skills/ Abilities:
o Must be safety conscious. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude. o Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs., bend, reach, and stand on concrete floor for shift duration. o Basic verbal and written communication skills- Spanish is a plus. o Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. o Ability to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. o Basic math, reading, and writing skills. o Ability to work overtime when needed, including weekends. o Able to work occasional overtime when needed, this may include weekends. o May work in various building and production areas within the organization.
Required Education & Experience:
o High School diploma, or 1+ years' experience working in a production environment is strongly preferred. o Reliable, punctual and with a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. o Must be approachable, proactive, and self-directive with the ability to give direction to the associates, delegate tasks, and provide associates' feedback.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
