Mold Shop Associate A day in the life of a Mold Shop Associate at

Goldshield:

Cutting and grinding parts to meet customer quality and specification standards. Working at assigned mold shop stations while meeting acceptable quality standards. Using dust control practices to help maintain a safer and cleaner work environment. Maintaining a clean and safe work area throughout the shift. Verifying work that affects the quality of the finished product. Required education, skills, and experience to be successful: Preferred 1-year experience in mold shop, fiberglass, cutting, grinding, manufacturing, or production. Preferred high school diploma or GED. Ability to complete required Goldshield training certification. Ability to safely use cut/grind tools and follow station requirements. Ability to maintain attendance expectations and support production standards. Successful completion of the drug and background screening.
