Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical wiring, and structural components. Troubleshoot and repair issues using schematics, electrical experience, mechanical knowledge, and tools. Conduct residential painting and other general repairs to maintain the property's aesthetic standards. demonstrating leadership and customer service skills. Maintain detailed records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and reporting purposes. Requirements Proven experience in facilities or residential maintenance with a strong background in electrical systems - ability to change GFCI, Dry wall repairs and plumbing. Hands on residential painting experience and general facilities upkeep. Keep the complex tidy by every day lot pick up and corridors maintenace Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and residents. Able to prove the experience and providing valid references is a plus
