Machine Operator Pay:
$20.00/hourSchedule:
Thursday-Sunday | 3 twelve-hour shifts + 1 six-hour shift Direct Hire Opportunity Hiring for a Turning Bay - D Crew Machine Operator at a local heat-treating facility. This company uses advanced electrical-current heat-treating processes to produce steel products used in industries including automotive, energy, construction, and more.Schedule Thursday:
11:00 PM - 5:00AM Friday-Sunday:
5:00 PM - 5:00 AM Three 12-hour shifts + one 6-hour shift $20/hour What You'll Do Operate machinery used in the heat-treating process Cut steel bars to specified lengths "Skin" steel to create a polished finish Paint bar ends according to customer specifications Monitor products for quality and accuracy Follow customer-specific requirements and production instructions Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality What We're Looking For Solid, dependable work history is required Strong attendance and reliability are essential Quality-minded with good attention to detail Comfortable working in a hot industrial environment Comfortable working in a facility that can be dirty and physically demanding Long sleeves are required Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is helpful Candidates without a high school diploma or GED may be required to complete a skills aptitude test Important Hiring Information Resumes will be submitted to the customer for review Interview is required Strong attendance during the first 90 days is especially important and will be considered as part of the direct-hire process This position offers opportunities for direct hire with the customer Direct Hire Benefits Once hired directly, you'll receive: Benefits starting Day 1 Company-provided uniforms Company-provided metatarsal safety footwear 32 hours of PTO Monthly incentive checks 6% 401(k) match #huntingtonBenefits
