We are looking for a motivated and dependable Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our growing production team in Pittsboro. You'll help build commercial turf and grounds-care equipment in a clean, modern manufacturing environment where quality, teamwork, and attention to detail matter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assemble complete machines and individual mechanical components. Use common hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment during assembly. Install and connect components such as engines, pumps, hoses, tanks, wiring, and related hardware as assigned. Perform quality checks to make sure parts and finished equipment meet company standards. Rotate through production tasks to support workflow and cross-training. Prepare completed equipment and components for packaging or shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with limited supervision. Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn and take pride in quality workmanship. Previous manufacturing, assembly, automotive, agricultural, small-engine, or equipment experience is preferred. Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and performing physical assembly work. Able to lift and handle components as required by the position. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
