Pay & Schedule $20/hour Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (some OT, no weekends — ever) 30-minute lunch + 10-minute break What You'll Be Doing Rotating through departments like framing, flooring, roofing, plumbing, painting, and final finish Reading blueprints and tape measures to get every detail right Running saws, nail guns, and other hand and power tools Installing everything from insulation and drywall to windows, doors, and trim Loading, organizing, and moving materials (forklift certification available) Working as part of a tight-knit team to hit daily production goals What You Bring HSD/GED preferred Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand/power tools Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude Willingness to learn multiple production roles Ability to lift, climb, and stay active throughout the shift — indoors and outdoors, in a variety of conditions Ready to build more than a paycheck Apply today and grow your skills across every stage of construction. #ColumbiaCity
