Position Objective :

This position is responsible for managing assigned department and overseeing production activities necessary to achieve the budget, quality, and schedule requirements of the production flow chart. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain production level that is consistent with Company's production requirements and labor allotment Complete daily schedules and adjust for material, personnel, and tool deficiencies Review plans prior to production and address and issues with Foreman Ensure that all work performed meets the standards of the construction plans Partner with quality control and/or safety departments; enforce quality control and safety program requirements Correct quality violations and ensure that violations are not repeated Implement changes in production methods and standards to eliminate warranty requests Maintain the state travelers Train employees in proper use of equipment and construction procedures Cross train employees to support other departments Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained and function properly; ensure that unsafe equipment is removed from use and repaired or replaced Enforce efforts to reduce accidents and injuries Ensure that materials are properly used in each phase of construction Verify materials used are listed on plans and in the appropriate building; ensure that unused materials are stored properly Enforce reduction of damaged and wasted materials Enforce all company policies, rules, regulations, and standard practices within assigned department(s) Administer verbal and written warnings to employees who violate policies, procedures or standard practices Recommend appropriate disciplinary action for employees violating company rules, regulations, and standard practices Complete evaluations and reviews of Lead personnel Enforces plant housekeeping standards daily within assigned department(s) Other duties as assigned This position is also expected to: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; respond well in high pressure situations Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times Strong leadership and team management skills Be very detail oriented and well organized Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written Be skilled at problem solving and analysis

Requirements:

Qualifications and Educational Requirements High school diploma or GED Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience Experience managing production lines, schedules, workflow processes, and employee performance Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control procedures Familiarity with workplace safety standards established by OSHA Preferred Skills Experience with production tracking systems Basic computer skills

• Job Requirements May require a drug test (after conditional offer of employment) Speak fluent English in order to communicate with other employees and clients verbally and in writing Available to work moderate overtime throughout the year with heavier overtime requirements during busy seasons
