This role is ideal for experienced operators—or motivated learners—who prefer night shift work, higher pay, and a more independent workflow . 2nd shift plays a critical role in keeping production moving, and we pay accordingly.

Pay & Schedule Pay:

$16-$23/hr (DOE) + $2.00/hr shift differential

X SPG CNC

beam line for structural steel processing Load, run, and adjust CNC programs independently Perform beam line setup and changeovers Pull and stage steel material from inventory Measure, inspect, and verify part accuracy and tolerances Perform in-process quality checks and report issues Clean, unload, and mark finished steel parts Troubleshoot basic CNC / beam line issues Maintain safe, consistent production throughout the shift What We're Looking For CNC, beam line, or machine operation experience preferred Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive jobs Blueprint reading and measuring skills Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why Harris Fabrication We're a blue-collar Midwest fabrication shop that values people who show up and take pride in their work.
