Maintain a highly organized and efficient workspace by adhering to 5S methodology and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to resolve production bottlenecks and suggest process improvements that drive efficiency. Manage inventory flow by accurately handling parts and documenting production progress through digital and manual tracking systems. Cross-train on various product lines to support team flexibility and meet fluctuating production demands. Required Skills High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical assembly documentation and blueprints. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot routine equipment issues. Proven track record of working safely and following standardized operating procedures. Preferred Skills Proficiency with a wide range of industrial hand and power tools.
