Job Description

Manufacturing Technician is responsible for performing routine tasks in the manufacture of nasal spray drug products with direct supervision. Technicians will be assigned to manufacturing areas based on their previous experience at the discretion of the hiring manager/supervisor.​ Required Duties Complete training and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to clean, sanitize and prepare process equipment and production rooms for manufacturing Follow Batch Records to operate, monitor and control equipment and process parameters during manufacture in assigned manufacturing area(s). Complete GMP documentation as trained for assigned manufacturing areas Maintain assigned manufacturing area(s) in accordance with 5S. Work in a safe manner in accordance with site procedures Other duties as trained / assigned by supervisor Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Able to develop an understanding of GMPs and manufacturing equipment Must have legible handwriting Able to develop relationships with team members and actively contribute to team results Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to be flexible, adaptable and self-motivated in response to changing conditions and schedules Able to deal with stressful situations and escalate to supervisor as needed Basic Qualifications Highschool diploma or equivalent Physical demands/qualifications: Employee is required to regularly use hands to handle materials and supplies. Employee is required to use computers for an extended period each day. Employee is required to effectively use communication by both telephone and electronic. Employee is required to regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time. Employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds. Ability to use proper lifting techniques and be conscious of the work area hazards. Employee must have adequate vision to be able to read and execute documentation and perform job tasks compliantly and safely. Employee is required to follow all site safety procedures
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
