Job Description
Position Summary TanMar is seeking dependable, quality-minded Refurb Production Technicians to rebuild and upgrade mobile workforce housing. This is a facility-based production position working within an established build schedule and quality-control process. Candidates with experience in construction, remodeling, manufactured housing, RV repair/manufacturing, or other hands-on trades are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Framing and structural repairs Install doors, windows, cabinets, countertops, flooring, wall panels, drywall, and trim Perform exterior repairs and installations Safely operate construction hand and power tools Follow production schedules, work instructions, and QC standards Identify and communicate defects or production issues Maintain a safe, clean work area Work effectively as part of a production team Qualifications Hands-on construction, remodeling, manufacturing, or similar experience preferred but not required Basic construction and measurement skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to quality Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team Willingness to learn multiple phases of refurbishment Must pass required pre-employment screening Benefits Competitive Pay Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Company 401(k) Match Company-Paid Life Insurance - $25
