Production Technician II - Electronics Assembly Full-Time | Acton, MA $30-38/hour | 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday) JMT Staffing Solutions is partnering with a growing electronics manufacturing company in the Acton area is seeking an experienced Production Technician II to join its assembly team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with experience building complex electrical assemblies who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble complex wiring harnesses, subassemblies, and integrated systems Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and written procedures Test and verify functionality of completed assemblies Perform calibration and maintain accurate documentation Provide feedback to engineering on assembly procedures and improvements Follow verbal and written technical instructions with minimal supervision Required Qualifications 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in electrical or electronics assembly High school diploma or GED Strong manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Background in electronics or electrical technology Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Experience using electronics test equipment Experience in a small manufacturing environment
