Full-Time, Permanent Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Production Technician I to join a small, established electronics manufacturing operation. This position will focus on assembling complex wiring harnesses and electronic subassemblies, testing completed products, and assisting with electronic repairs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable following detailed instructions while working independently. This is a great opportunity for someone with electronics assembly experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants to contribute in a small, collaborative manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble complex wiring harnesses and electronic subassemblies using written and verbal instructions Solder and work with a variety of basic hand tools Assist with the repair and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies Test and verify the functionality of completed assemblies Inspect work for defects and report nonconformances Provide feedback and suggestions to improve work instructions and manufacturing processes Review procedures and communicate with engineering regarding production issues or improvements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work independently while meeting quality and production requirements Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years of experience working with electrical/electronic systems, assembly, or a related hands-on technical environment preferred Proficiency with soldering and basic hand tools, including screwdrivers, wire strippers, and wrenches Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or technical training in Electronics Technology or a related field Experience working in a small manufacturing environment Ability to interpret electrical schematics
