We are seeking a Production Technician Lead to support daily manufacturing operations, maintain inventory, and oversee order fulfilment. Job Overview The Production Technician Lead will be responsible for assisting in manufacturing, maintaining inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring equipment functionality. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes. Responsibilities Assist in all stages of manufacturing, including batching, mixing, cooking, and packaging Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels Pick, pack, and prepare orders and samples for delivery Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory guidelines Operate and maintain production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs Work closely with production director to ensure workflow efficiency Follow compliance and workplace safety regulations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in food production is a plus but not required Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production or inventory issues Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team Strong math and organizational skills for inventory management and order tracking Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods 21+ Driver's license required and ability to commute to Los Angeles, CA 90015 How to Apply To apply, send your resume and cover letter to hadas@capsoil.com with the subject line "Production Technician Lead Application - [Your Name]."
