Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry Level Production workers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process, supporting the assembly, inspection, and packaging of products in a fast-paced factory environment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational skills in manufacturing operations, safety protocols, and process improvement while contributing to high-quality production. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn! All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Responsibilities Following the Standard Operating Procedures set in place for the operation and monitoring of our equipment and our process. Maintain a clean working environment under the Sanitation and Good Manufacturing practices guidelines. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations in place for all activities associated with this position. Complete all required process flow documentation in a neat orderly fashion. Work with Quality Assurance to make sure the product meets our required quality parameters. Participate in all training sessions established by the company. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with measuring instruments, technical drawings, or mechanical knowledge is advantageous Experience with assembly line work or manual handling tasks is beneficial Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely (certification preferred) Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with technical instructions or diagrams Willingness to learn new skills related to manufacturing management, process improvement, and technical proficiency Join us for an energetic start to your career in manufacturing!
