Job Description

We are seeking dependable Production Line Operators are responsible for operating machinery while maintaining quality and safety standards on the production line.
Schedule:
Full-Time | 12-
Hour Rotating Day Shift Hours:
6:00 AM•6:00
PM Rotating Schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday (48 hours) Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday (36 hours)
Pay & Shifts:
Evaporator-Juice Operators:
$22.00•$24.00/hr | 6:00 AM•6:00
PM Production Line Floater Operators:
$19.00•$21.00/hr | 6:00 AM•6:00
PM Job Duties:
Assisting with line setup, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting. Use forklift trucks to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the factory.
Qualifications:
Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, hand tools, and power tools used in production environments. Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment is a plus. Operating packaging lines and equipment. Inspecting and ensuring product quality. Performing quality checks and maintaining accurate counts. Following safety, sanitation, and production protocols. Monitoring temperatures, flow rates, and product quality. Troubleshooting minor equipment issues. Maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the process.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a hot environment. Ability to stand, bend and move on your feet for long periods of times. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Attention to detail and commitment to safety. Previous production experience preferred but not required.
