M-F, 1st shift
Description:
We're hiring Manufacturing Technician II professionals to support a manufacturing operation in Ashland, MA. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience who are comfortable operating automated equipment, following established production processes, and working in a quality-focused environment. What You'll Do Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic manufacturing equipment, including robotic assembly equipment Monitor manufacturing machinery throughout the production process Feed materials into equipment and remove finished products from the production line Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain proper operation Perform minor equipment repairs and troubleshooting Follow process sheets and written or verbal production instructions Inspect completed work and verify that products meet established tolerances and quality requirements Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or similar hands-on experience Experience working with automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing equipment Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written procedures, process documentation, and verbal instructions Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Experience with robotic assembly equipment is a plus Schedule This is an on-site, 40-hour-per-week position.
Available shift schedules may include:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
