What You'll Do:

As an Extrusion Line Operator, you'll help produce quality products while working safely and efficiently with your team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Packing parts according to company standards and customer requirements Inspecting products for quality, color, appearance, and size Performing quality checks throughout the production process Completing production paperwork and documentation accurately Setting up packaging materials and downstream equipment as needed Following standard work instructions and safety procedures Keeping your work area clean and organized Supporting team goals for quality, safety, and on-time delivery Assisting with other production tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic math skills Basic reading skills Basic writing skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Preferred Qualifications The following are helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Manufacturing experience Basic computer skills Problem-solving skills Experience using measuring tools and production equipment Blueprint reading experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Kanban systems Physical Requirements This is an active position that requires standing and moving throughout your shift.
