Job Description

Make the Tools that Make the Difference Our production floor relies on smart tooling, robust fixtures, and accurate gages. In this role, you'll plan, design, construct, and modify production machines, equipment, and facility infrastructure that keep our operation efficient and reliable. Why This Role Matters Elevate quality and throughput by crafting and implementing purpose-built tooling, gages, and fixtures. Protect uptime through proactive monitoring, fast troubleshooting, and durable repairs. Fuel continuous improvement by partnering closely with setup teams and operators to turn feedback into better designs. What You'll Own Designing, fabricating, and deploying production tooling, gages, and machine fixtures. Tracking tool performance to ensure efficiency; determining and executing repairs or upgrades.
Servicing and repairing tooling:
strip-down, cleaning, lubrication, and rebuilds. Reading and analyzing specifications; setting up and operating machine tools. Maintaining, adjusting, improving, and developing new tooling, gages, and fixtures. Managing purchasing and quotation activities alongside hands-on shop work and on-the-floor troubleshooting. Ensuring operations meet standards while advancing continuous improvement. How You'll Succeed Commit to continuous training and skill development. Accurately complete required documentation on schedule. Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate work and share updates. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Follow all company rules and policies. Take on additional related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
