Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$21.50 per hour
Shift:
6:45pm - 7am (2/3/2 schedule, includes weekends) What's a typical day as a Production Technician? You'll be: Assisting in all areas of the production facility, including machine operation and assembly tasks Starting up, shutting down, and maintaining normal operation of de-flashing units and other equipment Using carts, electric pallet jacks, pneumatic tools, bin lifters, hand-held air wands, brooms, and scan guns Reading and following standard operating procedures and safety protocols Performing safety checks of assigned equipment and supporting the site's safety program Coordinating with teams to ensure efficient movement of materials and completion of production goals Wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and safe work environment This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or GED (required) Bring 1-3 years of production manufacturing experience (required) Have a solid work history of at least 1 year or more in a similar role Are able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle heavy lifting as part of your regular duties Possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Have basic math skills and experience using measurement tools (rulers, gages, etc.) Demonstrate a safety-first mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to adapt to change Are a dependable team player with good communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Are comfortable working 12-hour night shifts and required weekend rotations What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
