Job Summary We are seeking a Production Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Wyandotte, MI. This hands-on manufacturing role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of production, assembly, equipment operation, or material handling experience who are ready to build long-term career stability. As a Production Technician, you will support daily production operations by operating equipment, assembling materials, moving product, performing basic troubleshooting, and following established safety and quality procedures. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to work instructions and production standards. Perform assembly, material handling, loading, unloading, and general production support tasks. Monitor equipment and product flow to identify basic issues and report concerns promptly. Use basic math, measurement tools, and production documentation to support accurate output. Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and workplace guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.

Compensation and Benefits Pay:

$21.00 to $21.50 per hour.

Schedule:

6:45 PM to 7:00 AM.
