WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
The Washbooth Operator works in unison with another team member to move wet bins from the wash booth onto the dry booth carousel while ensuring that the line is running at maximum efficiency and keeping up with throughput rates (conveyor line speed).
HOW YOU WILL DO IT
Move wet bins from the wash booth onto the dry booth carousel, working in unison with another team member to keep the line running at maximum efficiency and throughput Disassemble the bin sleeve from its bottom and place it into the automated dry booth carousel Perform the last quality check before the bin is shipped out to retail stores by identifying and removing any damaged sleeves from the carousel Manually stack sleeves and bottoms Understand, recognize, and comply with all safety procedures and policies, including lockout/tagout procedures Report identified safety and mechanical problems to supervisor/maintenance personnel promptly Keep the work area clean and free from clutter at all times to maintain a safe work area Interact in person with peers and management for the duration of the shift Handle high stress situations as needed Rotate and assist other team members in various roles as needed Maintain regular and predictable attendance
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Basic requirements: No experience required Ability to count accurately Ability to understand and follow written and verbal work instructions and safety standards Ability to train others while performing the essential duties of this job Physical requirements: Consistently stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift Manually stack sleeves and bottoms 4-5 feet high Work within a loud, wet, and physically demanding work environment Wear required PPE, including noise-canceling ear muffs, safety glasses, hand protection (gloves), and foot protection (rubber steel-toed boots)
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Pay:
$18/hr plus bonuses; overtime and Saturdays as needed
Schedule:
1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM; some overtime and Saturdays as needed Weekly pay 16 days of PTO in your first year 401(k) with match starting Day 1 Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective the 1st of the month after hire HSA with company contribution up to $1500, FSA, and wellness premium discount Company-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement Pet insurance, healthcare concierge, EAP, and more!
