This is a 2nd shift role (2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, Monday-Friday) focused on keeping advanced surface mount production equipment running efficiently, accurately, and safely. If you enjoy working with electronics, solving equipment issues, and supporting high-tech manufacturing processes, this could be a strong fit. Key Responsibility In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining critical electronics manufacturing equipment used in production. Key responsibilities Program and support surface mount equipment including: Pick and place machines Automated optical inspection (AOI) systems Reflow ovens Selective solder equipment Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime Document all maintenance activities and repairs accurately Manage and maintain spare parts inventory for production equipment Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment readiness Support continuous improvement in equipment performance and reliability Perform additional duties as assigned in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualification Associate's degree in Electronics, Electronic Technology, or Electro-Mechanical Technology Ability to read and interpret schematics Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work well in a team environment Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing Experience with SMT equipment (pick and place, printers, reflow ovens) Knowledge of

IPC-A-610
