This full-time opportunity is ideal for a skilled machine operator who can set up, troubleshoot, and operate converting equipment while maintaining high-quality standards and minimizing waste.

Full-Time Benefits of the converting operator: Competitive hourly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life and disability insurance Accident and critical illness insurance Weekly pay Opportunities for advancement Duties of the converting operator: Set up, troubleshoot, and operate assigned converting machines according to work orders Operate Hudson or Tuber equipment efficiently and safely Monitor product quality and perform required quality checks Complete production reports, quality documentation, and other required paperwork Identify and red-tag products that do not meet quality standards Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues Train and direct the work of new employees assigned to the department Communicate important production information to the next shift Follow all safety, PPE, SQF, GMP, and food safety requirements Requirements of the converting operator: Previous experience operating manufacturing or converting machinery At least 2 years of experience setting up, troubleshooting, and operating production equipment Ability to read and follow work orders and manufacturing instructions Use imperial and metric measurements Operate a forklift, training provided Ability to lift 50+ pounds
