Responsibilities & Expectations:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Utility worker to join our team. As a utility operator for IPS, you must be up to the task of cleaning, stripping, and painting AC/DC motor parts during the disassembly and assembly stages of the repair process. You will use a variety of equipment to clean internal and external motor parts and distribute them where necessary in the service center. It is required that you follow all safety procedures and wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment when applicable. Operate cleaning equipment including but not limited to: steam cleaner, parts washers, sand blaster, etc. Clean internal and external parts of motors to include frames, cores, armatures, gears, housing, and other equipment for repair Paint repaired assembled motors before shipped back to the customer Perform daily housekeeping tasks as assigned Other duties as assignedQualifications and Competencies:
