Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in industrial and medical manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with equipment installations, process improvements, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
9:00AM - 1:00PM; Monday - Friday What's the Job? Complete manufacturing equipment installations and ramp-ups to support production goals. May develop and verify manuscripts for use with machine control systems to support manufacturing requirements.

In Production:
Operates a defined number of related specialized machines and equipment, which may include prescribed CNC programming (i.e. setting parameter) to setup the machines for production program. Automated line processing and controlling, or operating with a broader range of production machines in production lines are examples for this level or work. Gather, record, and analyze production information to identify opportunities for process improvements. Perform repairs and retests on products and manufacturing facilities to maintain quality standards. Assist with setup and preparation of cases and radiation "pigs" (shielded transport containers) Break down cases and prepare materials for laboratory operations Distribute doses/cases to drivers for delivery Monitor tracking and workflow screens (Decklar/tracking system) What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years vocational training plus 1 year of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, and work routines in a production environment. Ability to operate specialized machines and tools with attention to variances in operation modes. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze production data.
