$2.00/h Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law Principal Accountabilities Start up and shut down of a production line, making mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting equipment Ensure all production paperwork is completed, which will require basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) Responsible for containing and proactively addressing potential problems that may arise to limit disruptions to production Ensuring all processing steps have been completed, and a quality product is delivered to the customer (all food handler tasks were completed properly; i.e. proper packaging, weights are in acceptable range) Maintain adherence to all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures Follow and champion personal and food safety policies and procedures as well as reporting all concerns or violations to the Leadership Team Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Must be able to read, write, and speak English Ability to perform basic math such as Addition, Subtraction, Division, and Multiplication Must be willing to work in hot, cold and wet environment with cleaning chemicals Ability to work overtime, including weekends and/or holidays as needed with advanced notice Preferred Qualifications Previous food manufacturing experience Previous experience in a fast paced, safety focused environment Ability to carry out assigned projects with little to no supervision Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
