The Production Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role involves ensuring the optimal operation of equipment to meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. 1.Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Document maintenance and repair activities accurately in maintenance logs.
Equipment Optimization:
- Work with engineering teams to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
- Participate in equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor process performance and recommend adjustments to improve yield and efficiency.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all maintenance activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Training and Development:
- Participate in ongoing training programs to keep skills up to date.

MUST HAVES
- 3 years' experience (or equivalent education) in a manufacturing or aviation industry in a technical capacity
PREFERED SKILLS
- Associate's degree or a related technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or a relevant field.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar high-tech environment is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and tools.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict protocols.
