About the Role As a CNC Production Technician, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by managing high-precision equipment to create intricate micro-components. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal machine performance and maintaining rigorous quality standards to support our production goals. Responsibilities Operate and monitor CNC machinery to produce high-precision components according to technical specifications. Conduct thorough in-process inspections and maintain accurate production documentation to ensure product integrity. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of fixtures and equipment to maximize machine uptime. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime. Communicate effectively with team members regarding process status and project timelines to ensure seamless shift transitions. Uphold high standards of quality control to minimize defects and optimize overall machine utilization. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to support efficient production workflows. Qualifications Required Skills Proven reliability and a strong track record of consistent attendance. Exceptional attention to detail when handling small, delicate components. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills Previous experience in a precision machining or micro-component environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaborative teamwork.
