As a Manufacturing Technician , you'll work in a cGMP cleanroom environment helping produce life‑changing pharmaceutical and biotech products — all while building a long‑term, growth‑focused career. 🔬 Key Responsibilities Execute batch records, SOPs, and work instructions accurately Weigh, mix, and transfer chemicals per exact procedures Document all activities to meet cGMP compliance Follow PPE and cleanroom gowning requirements Perform preventative maintenance and simple troubleshooting Conduct equipment testing and in‑process analytical checks Draft, review, and revise SOPs as needed Manage raw materials using systems such as Kanban Maintain accurate training and compliance records Participate in safety walks, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement Support shift handovers and required meetings ✅ Required Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience & Skills Manufacturing experience in a GMP/cGMP regulated environment (required) Cleanroom experience Knowledge of aseptic techniques and GMP compliance Strong math skills (units, decimals, conversions) Ability to follow detailed procedures with precision ✔ GMP manufacturing experience is required. 🌟 Why Join This Team Competitive pay with consistent merit increases Excellent benefits package Clear advancement path (Bands 1-8) Training, upskilling, and growth opportunities Clean, safety‑focused, team‑oriented work environment This role is more than a job — it's a long‑term career pathway in biotech/pharma. 🧼 Work Environment Primary area: CORE Cleanroom Mandatory gowning (no beards, fake eyelashes, nails, or nail polish) Moderate to high noise levels — no headphones allowed High focus on safety, compliance, and quality ⏱️ Shift Schedule 12‑hour rotating schedule: 🕕 6:00 AM - 6:30

PM Pattern:

2 days on 2 days off 3 days on 3 days off Long stretches of planned time off built in! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hazelwood, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
