Why You Want This Position Wage $20/hour, depending on experience Shift Monday through Thursday - 600 a.m. to 430 p.m. with potential overtime - 3 day weekends! Benefits for long-term employees include 401(k) withpany match, ACA health insurance, paid holidays and vacation, Thursday donuts, Temp Employee of the Month, flu vaccines, and performance goals celebrations Work in high tech manufacturing with opportunities to grow or work more hours, as you need Essential Functions and Duties Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies using schematics, work orders, wiring diagrams, and instructions Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair, identifying and correcting errors Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work environment, following all safety policies, procedures, and training; promptly report hazards or incidents Use test fixtures, electronic measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies; record progress, labor, and material usage inputer systems; may assist with programming or software installation Inspect, receive, and audit parts to ensurepleteness; check for defects and ensure quality of finished work Troubleshoot and optimize processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and product quality Qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly Ability to assembleponents of varying sizes according to diagrams and integrate assemblies into mechanical and electrical systems Prior manufacturing or electrical assembly experience is a plus Moderately experienced technician capable of troubleshooting and working independently High School diploma or equivalent Get in touch!
