Hr Job Summary:

Responsible for efficient operation of the flex shield area, continuous production & inspection on production line. Primary responsibility will be operation of production line machinery. Meet production rates & improvement targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manufacturing sewing experience is required. Clearly understand operating and maintaining sewing machines (long arm, overlock, binding, etc.) Understand patterns and how to incorporate any pattern into a finished product. Responsible for prototypes, and any trials needed within the area. Must be able to perform in a team environment. Must be able to perform multiple task 's to meet department goals. Sedentary Work :

Lifting 10 lbs. Maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as computers and small tools.
