What You'll DoKeep Production Moving Review the daily production plan before each shift and confirm that all required materials are available. Stage materials near the production line to reduce downtime and help the team achieve daily production goals. Champion Quality Set up production equipment according to established standards, achieving at least 98% accuracy with minimal QA corrections. Partner with Quality Assurance at the start of each production run to verify settings, package information, and product accuracy. Protect Schedule and Uptime Inspect equipment, identify operating issues early, and immediately notify management of any interruption that could affect production or scheduled customer pick-up times.
