Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production lines efficiently, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining safety standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role is vital in supporting continuous production flow, optimizing operational performance, and adhering to strict safety and quality protocols. Duties Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and assembly lines to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards. Use measuring instruments and technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and component placement. Conduct routine inspections of machinery, perform minor mechanical adjustments, and troubleshoot issues promptly. Handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely in accordance with safety protocols. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklifts to assemble components, move materials, and support production activities. Interpret production documents, work orders, and technical specifications accurately to ensure compliance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to safety standards in the manufacturing environment. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements for productivity. Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily production goals while ensuring safety compliance. Requirements Proven factory experience or manufacturing facility background with hands-on involvement in assembly or production operations. Familiarity with forklift operation, power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments. Ability to interpret technical drawings, technical documents, and production instructions accurately. Mechanical knowledge relevant to assembly line processes and equipment maintenance. Experience with manufacturing management systems or lean manufacturing principles is advantageous. Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and manage manual handling tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and documentation interpretation. Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory handling is a plus. Demonstrated commitment to process improvement, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
