Manufacturing Technician (Cleanroom Environment)
Location:
Manchester, NH Pay Rate:
$20-$23/hour (1st Shift)
Hours:
Monday-Friday (standard daytime schedule)
Duration:
6-Month Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Position Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support the production, repair, and assembly of advanced medical devices in a fast-paced, highly regulated cleanroom environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with hands-on mechanical work, and committed to quality. Your work directly contributes to the release of medical products that positively impact patients worldwide. Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Disassembling and reassembling medical devices using screwdrivers, wrenches, torque wrenches, tube cutters, and other basic hand tools Gluing and curing components using UV wands Performing laser welding operations using fixtures Conducting leak testing on disposable components and durable subassemblies Operating arbor presses, often with specialized fixtures Working closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure products meet strict safety and compliance standards Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Required Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated ability to assemble and disassemble mechanical or medical components Experience using basic hand tools and some power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.) Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Proven ability to follow written work instructions and quality standards Strong attention to detail with solid documentation practices Ability to maintain an organized and efficient workspace Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Basic troubleshooting skills Laser welding experience Soldering experience Cable and harness assembly experience Familiarity with Dremels, bench grinders, arbor presses, band saws, and drill presses Experience with drilling and tapping operations Opportunity This role offers a strong pathway into a long-term position with a premier medical device manufacturer that has been an industry leader in innovation for more than 30 years.
