Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is looking for detail-oriented Packaging Line Operators to join a client in Farmingdale NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production of products.

Shift Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 5 AM - 3:30 PM (1st Shift) 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM (2nd Shift)

Language Requirement:

Bilingual (Spanish at least)

Physical Requirement:

Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs Basic Responsibilities Work at different stations as production requires Inspect, weigh, and package products Monitor flow of product into processing machinery Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and efficient operation of equipment Report potential production downtime, scrap production, and quality for each machine; summarize shift data Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work closely with Quality Control for room clearance and approvals Demonstrate a willingness to learn, complete required training activities, and maintain regular, reliable on-site attendance Other duties as assigned

$640.00 - $680.00 per week
