SCHEDULE AND REQUIREMENTS

This is a full-time HVAC Tech position offering a consistent, year-round schedule serving customers throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We support our employees with weekly training and foster a professional environment focused on teamwork and personal growth.

All that you need is:

1+ year(s) of experience as an HVAC Technician (3+ years preferred) Valid driver's license with a good driving record 3+ year(s) of driving experience Reliability, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic Commitment to delivering excellent customer service Willingness to learn and grow through weekly training Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive wage of $25 - $35 per hour (based on experience), a $1,500 signing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package .
