Package it up : Get product into the right containers with the right labels, so everything follows state rules. Keep it clean and by the book: Follow safety and cleanliness rules, keep your area organized, and make sure paperwork and the state tracking system stay up to date.

What You Need High school diploma or GED (some college is a plus, but not required) 1-2 years in manufacturing, food processing, warehouse work, or similar — helpful but not required Comfortable doing repetitive tasks well, shift after shift Good listener, clear communicator, open to feedback Comfortable using basic computer programs The Basics Valid driver's license or state ID Must be 21 or older Must pass a background check Must qualify for a state cannabis Agent Card or have a Production Agent Card A Day on the Job, Physically Speaking You'll be on your feet a lot — reaching, bending, standing, and staying focused for your whole shift. You'll need to be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds carefully. You'll also be around allergens like cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil daily, so keep that in mind.
