Summary Support packaging and manufacturing operations by operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting specialized folding and gluing equipment. The role is responsible for maintaining equipment performance, monitoring production quality, completing accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards in an industrial manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot folder-gluer and related manufacturing equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and equipment adjustments. Monitor production quality and conduct in-process quality checks. Read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and measurements. Follow and document work according to GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols. Complete production documentation and maintenance records accurately. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve equipment and process issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Handle chemicals and work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment. Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required. Required Skills High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or maintenance experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures. Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and quality control practices. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and measurements. Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Ability to lift and maneuver up to 70 lbs. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and control systems preferred. Experience with industrial equipment maintenance and repair preferred. Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred. Experience with folding machines, press operations, or similar specialized equipment is a plus. Technical/Mechanical education preferred.
