Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing facilities. Operate production equipment Prepare substrates for delicate deposition by cleaning, etching, and preparing surfaces Trim element deposition/processing, etching Ensure the laboratory is clean and follows safety protocols and guidelines Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and materials, ordering replacements as necessary Assists in meeting daily production requirement throughout process area Communicate effectively with team lead to discuss production plans, results, and any issues encountered High School diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years related experience, preferably in a laboratory setting Mechanically inclined including ability to use microscope and measuring tools such as calipers Ability to understand engineering drawings, geometric dimensions, and tolerances Knowledge of micro or macro photo fabrication of elements preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
