Job Description

Overview Join our innovative manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technician, where you will play a vital role in designing, maintaining and setting up precision production machinery and processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with the Engineering, Quality Control, and Tooling staff to ensure high-quality production standards while developing your technical expertise. You will be part of a dynamic environment that values precision, safety, and continuous improvement, contributing directly to the success of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Work with cutting edge production and tooling machinery in a high energy, high volume production facility. Maintain production equipment, ensuring safe operation and quality output that meets or exceeds established run rates. Create and manage setup sheets and work instructions. Track maintenance records and design/implement improvements to increase equipment available hours. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement instruments accurately. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in machining or working with hand tools for assembly tasks. Electrical experience including troubleshooting circuits with multimeters is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols. Up to $50.00 per hour
