What Success Looks Like Mastering equipment setups and changeovers to keep production flowing Applying GMP discipline and FSQA checks to protect quality and safety Measuring and batching with precision—shop math comes naturally Communicating clearly, supporting teammates, and owning your station Maintaining sanitation and documentation with care and accuracy Your Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:00 pm. During busy seasons, expect Saturday overtime from 7:00 am-12:00 pm at time-and-a-half.
