$28.00 - $32.00/HR Join Our Team We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Technician II to support and improve manufacturing operations at our Cleveland, Ohio facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement experience who thrives in a regulated manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in supporting production equipment, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and helping drive operational excellence. What You'll Do Support daily manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO, OSHA, and company quality requirements. Lead projects that improve manufacturing cost, quality, productivity, and overall operational performance. Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance activities for production equipment and support systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment and automated systems. Create and revise technical documentation including SOPs, engineering change requests, specifications, maintenance records, and process verification documents. Support calibration activities for gauges, instruments, and production equipment. Perform equipment setup, changeovers, staging, and production line support activities. Identify equipment reliability issues and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime. Assist with process validation, engineering projects, equipment installations, and R D initiatives. Participate in investigations, audits, and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in a technical role involving machinery, manufacturing processes, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or technical certification in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or a related field. Experience with automated manufacturing equipment, filling systems, conveyors, packaging, and labeling equipment. Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments. Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Knowledge of c
