Job Description

Overview:
The Manufacturing Laborer will assist with various production tasks, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure that production processes run smoothly. As a Manufacturing Laborer, you will support the production team by handling materials, operating basic machinery, and performing other general labor duties as required.
Schedule:
Monday-Wednesday (6am-3:30 pm) Thursday & Friday (6am-3 pm)
Manufacturing Laborer/Technician Key Responsibilities:
Perform production tasks according to instructions and standards. Inspect products and materials for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Follow quality control procedures and report any deviations to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, cleaning, and removing debris. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety instructions. Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to a safe working environment. Work effectively with other team members to meet production goals. Communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor and collaborate to find solutions. Assist with bi-annual plant inventories. Perform any duties assigned. Package products according to company standards and specific customer requirements. Operate packaging machinery and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and correctly. Inspect products before packaging to ensure they meet quality standards. Assist in managing packaging materials inventory, ensuring that supplies are stocked and organized. Understand how to use weigh table correctly. Perform any duties assigned.
Manufacturing Laborer/Bander Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy (50lbs +) materials. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
