Job Description
ENTRY LEVEL PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN
The Company Pure Ohio Wellness is an Ohio based Cannabis company, vertically integrated, featuring a Level 1 cultivation facility, Processing/Extraction plant, and multiple dispensaries. If you want to be a part of a new industry working at Ohio's leading medical marijuana producer, apply today! Located in Springfield, OH. The Role Our production team participates in all aspects of marijuana production. Your duties will include assisting in all areas of production, including but not limited to harvesting, defoliation, pruning, watering, packaging, cleaning, and maintaining the facility. Our team works together to cultivate the highest quality medical marijuana available in Ohio. The work requires the physical and mental capacity to contribute daily to an often rigorous, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding agricultural practice. Shift is 7:00am - 3:00pm Thursday through Monday. occasional overtime may be necessary.ESSENTIAL, REQUIRED FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work productively within a group environment.
- Ability to focus, stay on task, and continuously demonstrate attention to detail.
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- The candidate must pass the state required background check through the FBI and the BCI.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floor.
- Ability and willingness to stand on elevated platform.
- A willingness to follow specific rules and procedures without deviation.
- Consistent, regular attendance is required.
